We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our Mumbai team.You will be the “face” of the company and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Position: Front Desk Officer
Work Location: Mumbai
Qualification: 10+2; additional qualification will be a plus

Requirement :

• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Nepali (oral and written)
• Good knowledge of MS-Office/ G Suite
• Should be tech savvy (web-savvy)
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Should have good internet skills and etiquette
• Customer service orientation

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome clients
• Answer all incoming calls, redirect them to the concerned department and keep messages
• Receive and forward letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Keep updated records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned
